Return & Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Run Ottawa. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

All sales are final, refunds are eligible only on defective or expired products. Defective or expired products can be returned within 15 business days from the date received. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will a) send you a new product if available or b) initiate a refund to you. We will notify you when the refund has been processed and it can take up to 7 business days to see the refund reflected on your credit card or PayPal account. Run Ottawa will be responsible for shipping for defective or expired products. If you receive a refund or credit, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund. 

Run Ottawa accepts exchanges on apparel only, and can only accommodate the exchange based on available inventory. We will do our best to get you a size that fits! You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
